The OKUGAI Salon operator (legal name to be published at official launch) handles users' personal information in the online community "OKUGAI Salon" and related services ("the Service") under the following policy.

3. Payment information (credit card details are handled by the payment processor Stripe; the operator does not hold card numbers)
4. Discord account ID and username (for managing membership)

3. Third parties and external services

1. Except as required by law, the operator does not provide personal information to third parties without consent.
2. The Service uses the following external services, whose handling of information is governed by their own privacy policies: Stripe (payments) / Discord (community) / LINE (contact) / access analytics such as Google Analytics (when introduced) / Google Fonts (font delivery).
3. Some pages of the Service contain affiliate program links; linked businesses and networks may use cookies and similar technologies.

4. Outsourcing

The operator may outsource handling of personal information to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use, and will appropriately supervise contractors.
